Dwell Development has been has been selected as one of two 2011 Built Green Hammer Award winner in the Builder, Small Production category. With 5 home certifications in 2010, Dwell Development built some of the program’s highest scoring production homes. Recipients were announced at the 2011 Built Green Conference and Festival. The annual awards program held at the Pickering Barn in Issaquah, Washington on September 14th . The awards honor outstanding residential green building projects, leaders in the field and innovative green building practices statewide.

In order to be eligible for an award, companies must certify projects at a 3-Star level or higher. Categories include Single-Family Large Production Builder, Single-Family Small Production Builder, Single-Family Custom or Small Speculative, Multifamily High Rise (over five stories), Multifamily Low Rise (under five stories), Built Green Community – Large, Built Green Community – Small, Remodeler, Built Green Advocate (Public Sector), Built Green Advocate (Private Sector) and Judges Choice.
